XP Run Count Editor is a curious and singular application, totally free, which lets you manually modify the counter of the total number of processes running for each program, meaning the counter for each program.

The usefulness of XP Run Count Editor lies in the fact that, manually modifying the counter, you force determined programs to be at the top of the list.

If you prefer, with XP Run Count Editor you can also directly delete all the list entries and start the counter again from the beginning.

XP Run Count Editor, obviously, only works with Windows XP.
